DONATE TO SUPPORT FIRST NATIONS VOICES

ILBIJERRI Theatre Company turns 30 next year – the longest running First Nations theatre company in Australia!

Born from the need to hear BLACK VOICES and to share OUR STORIES OUR WAY here and abroad – we strive to practice SELF-DETERMINATION in all our performances and processes.

ILBIJERRI has worked tirelessly to raise awarenes, empower voices and properly represent our diverse cultures as the First Peoples of Australia.

Ultimately, ILBIJERRI tells stories that are unapologetically Bla(c)k – celebrating our resilience, strength and hope.

To do this, we work with many phenomenal Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists, creatives and communities – offering professional development programs to up-skill the next generation of First Nations actors, writers, producers, storytellers and industry leaders. Underpinning all our work is a team of dedicated staff, led by our all First Nations Board and our Elders in Residence.

At this extremely challenging time for the arts we invite YOU to #PayTheRent this tax time by supporting us to support the next generation of First Nations storytellers.

Please make your tax deductible donation HERE.

And invite your friends to do the same here.
